Huajing established in 2002, one of the biggest semi-trailer spare parts manufacturer in Asia,is professional in the production of semi-trailer axle assembly, mechanical suspension,and the landing gear, composed by Guangzhou Huajing Machine Manufacture Co.,Ltd and Guangzhou Huajing AUTO Spare parts Manufacture Co.,Ltd.

Which covers an area of 250,000square meters conisted more than 750 staff and elite. Company production Craft covers the forging, casting, welding, machining, punching, heat treatment, extrusion, intermediate frequency treatment, electronic painting, surface treatment, mold design etc. With 10 years development and innovation, Huajing has becomen the top axle manufacturer in domestic market.

Huangjing come with more than 300 automatic equipment, including advanced CNC  machine  for 40T to 800T, oil shearer, highly precision welding robot, auto double guns welding machine,and fully auto extrusion line.which result in the top automatic production line in the industry, the key parts are under controlled with the PLC equipment according to the international standards to ensure stable quality and high interchangeability.

With the innovation of the fourth of production technology in year of 2008, the fully automatically punching production line of one piece axle(American Series) begins to mass production, marked the crucial in the industry, which guarantee the quality for the American type axle.

There are about 35 people in the professional R&D team and most of them have medium or higher major qualification. With high experience, R&D team can  explore the new product efficiently , Also optimize design and develop in accordance with customer requirement.

Huajing has full semi-trailer production series Germany and American type axle,axle beam, brake shoes assembly,Mechanical suspension, Air suspension, Bogie,Hub, brake drum and the other spare parts. The annual production capacity can reach to axle-200,000/pcs, bogie and suspension-20,000/sets, brake shoes-100,000.Moreover, Guangzhou Huajing Auto Spare Parts Manufacture Co.,Ltd. located in Fogang begin the production in 2014, which can meet the increasing order demand and ensure the prompt delivery time.
